Solutions to some simple problems in the use of vulcanization presses
Like other tools for vulcanization machines, some small problems will occur during use. Some of these problems are caused by improper use and some are caused by improper storage. These small problems can be solved immediately without affecting the normal use of the machine.
Common question 1: The heating process becomes longer or the temperature cannot reach 145℃. If you encounter the above problems, you should follow the following steps to check them
(1) Whether a wooden heat insulation board is placed between the heating plate and the rack. If the wooden heat insulation board is not placed or the heat insulation board is missing, the heat insulation board will be installed before heating up inspection;
(2) If the temperature cannot be increased, check whether the vulcanization time switch in the upper left corner of the control box is turned on. If it is turned on, the vulcanization machine has entered the insulation stage, and the temperature naturally cannot rise;
(3) If the above two types are normal but cannot be heated up, you can check whether the heat insulation board is wet. If the heat insulation board is wet after seeing water, it must be dried normally with the heating board temperature before the temperature can meet the requirements;
(4) If the temperature still cannot be heated after passing the above inspections, the manufacturer should be contacted for further technical consultation or returned to the factory for maintenance;
Common problem 2: During heating, the temperature of the heating plate is uneven, causing the joint to not adhere tightly. Check it according to the following steps.
(1) Check whether the heat insulation board is damaged, which is an important reason for uneven heating temperature when the heat insulation board is damaged;
(2) If the heat insulation plate is intact, the heating plate can be heated separately, and then a thermometer can be used to conduct each part of the heating plate. If a problem occurs, the internal heating plate may be damaged. You can contact the manufacturer to provide the heating plate for replacement or Return to the factory for maintenance;
FAQ 3: When using a manual pump to pressurize, the pressure does not go up. You can follow the following steps to check
(1) Check whether the water inlet of the water pressure plate is pressed due to the excessive tightening of the frame bolts. If this occurs, the bolts can be loosened appropriately;
(2) Check whether the manual pump has air leakage or each joint is loose, tighten it, and check whether the gasket of the hydraulic pump is damaged;
Common problem 4: Some users have the phenomenon that the tape and the heating plate are stuck together after vulcanization is over during use. The reason for this problem is that during use, users did not place spacers such as newspaper or talc powder between the upper and lower heating plates according to operating requirements. Caused by direct contact between the heating plate and the conveyor belt. After this problem occurs, only the heating plate needs to be cleaned. During the next use, strictly follow the operating procedures and it will not occur again.
Common problem 5: Water seepage occurs in the water pressure plate due to improper storage or bumping during use. The following steps should be followed to check
(1) Check whether the water seepage part is on the surface of the water pressure plate or the contact point between the surrounding rubber and the lower plate of the water pressure plate. If water leaks from the surrounding gaps, all screws around should be tightened in order;
(2) If the leaking part is the rubber surface of the water pressure plate and the leaking part is needle-like, in the case of emergency repair, 520 glue can be used to repair it, but the panel must be replaced after the emergency repair;
(3) In case of serious water leakage, it cannot be used and the water pressure plate must be replaced;
